Site Update

This week on-site: Concrete Footings and Foundation are pouring this week, and some gravel is being laid out for parking lot.  This month: Final review stages for overall building permit are processing through the City of Chelan.

Here’s a sneak peek of the “John and Helen Horan” Playground! Parents can grab a drink from The Vine Coffee and socialize while they watch their kids play.

Anticipated Opening Date

We are excited to have broken ground in October 2020 and have finished the infrastructure this summer. Preparation for concrete foundations for main facility are underway. The target date for opening of the community center is aimed at Fall 2022. Community event

Everyone is invited to join us, onsite at the location where the Community Center will be built, for a fun and informative event. Saturday, October 9th from 11am to 2pm we will be grilling hot dogs and brats, pouring cold beer (or hot drinks, depending on the weather), enjoying live… 

power, water, sewer

Construction is now underway with Power, Water, and Sewer connections beginning on site. Retaining walls, footings, and under slabs will be the next steps later this summer. We are thrilled to have ordered the first phase of steel for the main building from Butler Manufacturing. We have a target opening… 

spring has arrived!!

Equipment is mobilizing to site as we continue with the grading and leveling. Hopefully, adding risers to sewer manholes then power will come next!! Come on fundraising momentum!! Come on Building Permit!!
