The City of Chelan Community Development Department issued a DNS on July 1, 2020, stating the SEPA proposal has determined that it does not have a probable significant adverse impact on the environment. Seven Acres Foundation hopes to be scheduled for a CUP hearing in July for CCLC project. Preparation for building permit application is in the planning as well.
