BE.Fit Chelan

BE.Fit Chelan

BE.Fit Chelan is a local provider of physical fitness classes with Jen Bordner and Sara England.

BE.Fit Chelan is a great organization that helps people achieve their health goals. It promises to provide a safe and encouraging fitness community where people feel connected, supported, challenged, and motivated to be their best selves.

BE.Fit hopes to expand its current offerings to include physical fitness classes for senior citizens, a water aerobics program and expanded wellness instruction to people of all ages and fitness levels.

The Brave Warrior Project

The Brave Warrior Project

The Brave Warrior Project is a Wenatchee-based nonprofit serving children and families with special needs, chronic illness, and cancer.

Founded in 2017, The Brave Warrior Project’s goal is to walk alongside children and their caretakers by offering consistent support through intentional giving, relationship building, program development, socialization, education, and community collaboration.

They work to put our children’s needs first and eliminate barriers in small-town communities.

Chelan Valley Young Life

Chelan Valley Young Life is a local nonprofit youth outreach organization helping guide our area youth through finding identity, independence, and belonging.

Young Life offers support and creates a safe, loving community for youth of all ages while providing adventure, outreach, and a voice. Young Life joins several local organizations that align with The Community Center’s CORE values by creating positive environments for our youth to learn and grow.

Kahiau Volleyball Club

Kahiau Volleyball Club

Kahiau (pronounced Ka-He-Ou) in Hawaiian means “To give generously from the heart without expectation of return.”

Kahiau’s 10+ volleyball teams will utilize the two regulation-sized sand volleyball courts and indoor gym space for practices, matches, and tournaments.

Kahiau believes that volleyball is a platform for teaching many life lessons and building character traits helping youth succeed in a constantly changing world. Everyone is welcome to join the Kahiau club regardless of age or skill level.

Lake Chelan Chamber of Commerce

The Lake Chelan Chamber helps drive economic growth through leadership, advocacy, and promotion that enhances the quality of life throughout the Valley.

The organization is currently celebrating its 90th year in operation and serves over 400 members through advocacy and opportunity.

Together, this partnership will help foster positive growth throughout the Valley, maximizing the opportunity for both entities. We’re grateful to have the support of such a vital resource in the Lake Chelan Valley.

Lake Chelan Rotary

Lake Chelan Rotary

Through humanitarian service and local community projects, the Rotary encourages high ethical standards in all vocations and helps build goodwill and peace.

Rotary International Clubs are nonpolitical, nonreligious, and open to all cultures, races, and creeds.

Lake Chelan Rotary was chartered on March 24, 1926, and has been going strong ever since. Currently, over 70 men and women are active members.

The Community Center looks forward to welcoming the Lake Chelan Rotary into this new community hub, hoping to continue providing forward-thinking service to the Lake Chelan Valley.

Only7Seconds is a nonprofit organization with the singular goal of ending loneliness.

Loneliness can have devastating impacts on both physical and mental health, and the profound impact of loneliness has never been more evident than during recent years of social and physical isolation.

Only7Seconds plans to hold monthly public workshops at the new facility to enhance the lives of our area’s residents.

RealLife NCW

RealLife NCW

RealLife NCW is a local church organization that considers itself a “church for people who don’t like church.”

RealLife has held services in the Performing Arts Center of Chelan High School since its inception in 2012 — an arrangement never meant to be permanent.

Soon, RealLife will be able to secure space for their Sunday morning services and youth engagement activities and utilize office and storage space to operate out of one central location.

RealLife is committed to serving the underserved and giving back to the community in tangible ways, which aligns with The Community Center's mission.

Special Olympics Washington

Special Olympics Washington

Special Olympics Washington is a nonprofit organization serving more than 19,500 participants in our state and empowers athletes with intellectual disabilities to be leaders in society.

The organization offers 26 sports to a wide range of age groups and has more than 5.7 million participants worldwide.

We look forward to providing a new central location for their volunteers and athletes in North Central Washington.

The Vine Coffee

The Vine Coffee

The Vine Coffee, will be a tenant at The Community Center as its exclusive convenience food and beverage vendor.

They will not only provide coffee, juices, breakfast sandwiches, paninis, homemade cookies and pre-packaged foods to Lake Chelan Community Center patrons, but also the community as a whole.

Owners Holly and Ryan Moody are thrilled to fulfill their dreams of owning their own business while simultaneously giving back to the community they’ve called home for many years. The Vine Coffee will be located in a prime location near the front door of The Community Center, providing an indoor parlor style environment in addition to having outdoor tables and chairs.
