The Community Center at Lake Chelan will be a 44,100 sq. ft. facility including a 10,000 sq. ft. auditorium to facilitate a full-size basketball court, two practice courts or 3 volleyball courts, 4 indoor pickleball courts and a community meeting space. In addition to hosting outside groups and events, the CCLC will have its own programs targeting children, youth, professional development, migrant worker trainings and more. Through CCLC and our partners programming, we will promote volunteerism, healthy family relationships, and connect individuals, businesses and non-profits together.
At the heart of constructing the CCLC is a desire to serve the community by providing a resource to strengthen non-profits and the underserved populations who rely on them, bring people of all backgrounds together and provide working, event and recreation spaces accessible to everyone in our community. We are driven to be a hub for compassion, relationship building and service. To ensure this facility is able to be a sustaining pillar and resource in the community, we have developed an operations model that runs similar to a for-profit business in that it is predominantly based on earned revenue for facility usage. This model ensures our ability to support the heartfelt mission work we are excited to host in this new space, and also function sustainably.
With a 1,200 sq ft stage and capacity for 630 people, the event space will be able to accommodate things like conferences, weddings, concerts, plays, special events and church services.
The 10,000 sq. ft. gym space will have regulation-sized indoor courts for things like AAU practice space and hosting tournaments. This includes 1 competition basketball court, 2 practice basketball courts, 2 competition volleyball courts and 3 practice volleyball courts.

Walk-Up, full service coffee shop with direct acces to the foyer/receiption and direct access to the Outdoor Plaza.
636 sq ft commercial kitchen space available for lease including walk-in refrigerator and freezer.
Through an incredibly generous local donor, we will include a 25-yard, 6-lane competition swimming pool. The donor will cover the cost of the pool and 20 years of maintenance. A community pool will promote fitness, health, fun and create an opportunity for residents to take swim lessons in the safety of a pool rather than learning directly in the lake.
The 750 sq ft indoor play area will provide a safe place for kids to play and an activity that can be enjoyed by families year-round.
Five leasable, 600-652 sq foot multi-purpose rooms that can be combined into one large multi-purpose room or any combination of 5 rooms.
Pedestrian and bike pathways, bike racks and sports equipment storage, event/reception area and plaza.
Five outdoor pickleball courts.

The second floor will include a 7,032 sq ft leasable space on the north side, as well as 2,606 sq ft of leasable space on the south side of the building. There will also be a 1,818 sq ft fitness mezzanine.
The 407 sq ft workspace center will host small business start-ups and organizational meetings. Includes WiFi connection, business support equipment and access to a 165 sq ft private conference room. There will be a capacity of 6-8 work stations.
