CONDITIONAL USE APPLICATION SUBMITTED

The Conditional Use Application was submitted to the City of Chelan yesterday by Seven Acres Foundation. The application included the SEPA Environmental Checklist, GIS map, Historical Report, and Site Sketches, among other items. CCLC plans continue forward into engineering, with a Fall goal for building permit ready.

EXTERIOR STYLE APPROVED

Forward movement continues to happen during these hard times of Covid-19. The exterior style of building has been approved. CIVIL ENGINEERING ENGAGED

Torrence Engineering is working with elevations and slopes as they begin developing infrastructure plans for the main building, parking lot, and sports plex.  Bluebell and the walking trail will be moved to the outside edge of project.  Sewer and Water are available as infrastructure planning is in motion.
